A visual highlight of the 2017 Casco Bay SwimRun- a two person race through the Maine archipelago comprised of 15 miles of running and 5 miles of open water ocean swimming. The sport of swimrun was born in Sweden over a drunken bet and turned into an event called the OtillO, or ‘island to island’. The Casco Bay Swimrun event is modeled after the original OtillO and prides itself as the only OtillO qualifier in the U.S.
