Race 2 Alaska
Race 2 Alaska: part race, part dare part call of the wild. The premise- make it from Washington to Alaska using only human powered vessels- no motors, no support. World of Adventure covers the third annual Race 2 Alaska as over 30 teams attempt to complete the 750 mile race. Karl Kruger, team Heart of Gold, was the first person to attempt the race on a paddleboard last year and had to quite due to equipment failure, but is back again this year for a grudge match of sorts.
World of Adventure takes you to one of the biggest triathlons in the world, the Chicago Triathlon, through the lens of three unique and inspiring athletes who compete with the organization Dare 2 Tri. For these athletes the endurance needed to complete the course is only the beginning of the challenges they will face.
