the Rallye Perce Neige. This is the kick-off event to both the American Rally Association and Canadian Rally Championship seasons and a true test of skill. The winter conditions in Quebec provide a loose and sometimes frozen surface that these pros have to navigate without studded tires as allowed in GRC events, adding yet another layer of complexity to the competition.
